Archaeological area of ​​Neapolis

It is one of the most important archaeological areas of Sicily.
Rich in vegetation and historical artifacts, the Neapolis is only a small part of the ancient district that formed the Greek Syracuse. In the park you can admire a vast and florid vegetation and many finds: the famous Roman amphitheater, the Greek theater, the latomias, the Ear of Dionysius, the Greek necropolis, various caves and the alleged tomb of the scientist Archimedes.
